Flat head twin rateings

I was wondering if Briggs rates the 18-20 hp flatheads like the 11-13 hp engines. Same engine, just different stickers.??? Thanks Jim K

I believe so..... I know I have a 18 & 19hp opposed twin B&S and they are both 42 cid.
