Well...what will they come up with next...!!
haha

well wanted to update it is finished but i am not riding it because i was using a kx85 front sprocket which fits on the 110cc chinese engines and i am using 420chain. renthall. but the sprocket isnt as sturdy as i want it to be. so i have to find a way to fix that.   but right now im occupied i race motorcross so this is put on the backburner

We call that a brake rotor

If it's blank...it's not really much of a sprocket is it...??
it has the teeth but no mounting holes

Alot of guys put the 6.5hp ohv honda clones on them and there use to be alot of places that raced them indoors and stuff! I think its cool how your going with 110 motor which will have alot of power and always if you want more power you can just buy a big bore kit for cheap and it seems like they sell them everywhere for the 110's!!!
yea putting a 5hp or 6.5hp honda is too common for me thats why i went with the 110 and i like to shift. they are really fun youre right about that! and it will be geared lower, 1st gear will be pointless. and yea the 110's are everywhere thats another reason. and they are cheap to rebuild
them are cool....nice job, need to build me one someday for the campgrounds, started on a 8 hp powered cooler, maybe work on that!
im going to build a cooler after the craftsman is done. with 2 racing mowers i dont need another so i start building other things.

Those things are pretty fun. I built one a few years ago.
i still have to put a wheeie bar and chop the seat 12in. and ya i got told they are. mostly goin to be used for pushing 600 micro sprints around. geared low

ok i am still gathering parts and looking for a 700 for the mower so i had a ton of cart parts layin around so i put this togeather. suprising that it only tool me a couple hours to get this far. steering, brakes, and chain and then little things. its a 110cc 5 speed semi clutch.
