Driveline / Belt guide
« on: August 25, 2009, 04:53:26 pm »
I couldn't weld nuts to the frame (that would be too easy) the frame didn't line up. So I made a guide based on a stock aplication.

First I took a piece of angle iron and cut teeth in it.

Then i heated it up to help bend it around.

Then tweeked it to make sure it was round.

Welded the teeth .

Ground it down, get rid of all sharp edges.

Put it up in place, tweeking and making sure it fit.

Drilled holes in the guide and in the frame. Then I welded nuts into the holes.

then painted and installed it.

Sorry about the low quality pictures, I used my cellphone camera. :(  But i hope that this will help someone :)
