31 cid cylinder liner

Need a source for a cylinder liner to convert a 12.5 hp 28 cid to a 31 cid. have all other parts but no liner. Machine shops here in my area want me to get the liner. Small towns got to love them.

I was curious as to what everyone would say to this post too. I can't get a machine shop here to attempt making me one.

It's a Briggs part, shouldn't a Briggs dealer be able to get one? If not, there are different guys doing them, just send the block off and have it done.
