All of us from the Western Ontario Outlaws had a great time at the 1st U.S. Open event in Ohio. The best part was getting a chance to personally meet lawnmower racers and other good people that we talk to on the message boards, and getting a chance to meet people involved in the lawnmower racing industry.
Everyone at the USLMRA were very accommodating, even though our machines were a bit unconventional then the rest, we felt very welcomed and part of the big family. We appreciate the opportunity to take part in the fun.
It was nice to be able to do some advertising for my sponsor,  having performance mower parts on display there was an added bonus for the weekend as well.
The Eh! team would do it again the first chance we get........ good people, good times, no politics.
It was nice meeting you in person as well Aaron.
I would like to add that Lawnmonkey did a fantastic job keeping the crowd entertained through out the day, the awards banquit was pretty cool to attend and the meals were pretty good too.

Reflecting back on the Ohio race, we had some good laughs after the racing :D and overall a good trip, I'm still laughing when I think back at it. There was way too many crazy Canadians in one spot, I can't believe they didn't kick us out of the hotel. When we crossed the border, the only thing the customs officer asked us was, where we were going, and if we had enough beer, that's no joke. Can't wait to see this edition of Mowmentum.
