Ok everyone here it goes. I built a GP over the winter and it turned out great. The problem I am having is that I keep bending the left front spindle. When I say keep bending I mean that I have bent three o them already. I bent the first one on a practice track. I thought that maybe I hi something or it was just to rough. So I put a brand new spindle on and took it around the yard maybe 100 feet on smooth grass and it bent again. I have a fully adjustable front end and it steers very nice when the spindle isn't bent. I had two nylon spacers behind the hub. Both times it bent it was in between the spacers. My solution to the problem was to put a steel spacer on. It worked well and got me through a double race weekend. But in the grudge match while screwing around it bent again. In our club there are many people running this same setup with the nylon spacers and they have had no problems. Not to mention they are running this setup on SP's and BP's with lots more power than my little GP. No one can figure out what the problem could be so I am turning to all you guys out there for some ideas. Its only the left front spindle that bends the right front is just fine. Any help or ideas would be great.
