Mower Engines & Parts / 2 ARC Vanguard Flywheels and a cam
« Last post by slideways on April 06, 2024, 09:32:33 pm »
Hey guys, not sure who's left here but i have 2 Vanguard flywheels with NO HUBS as i destroyed them removing the flywheels. The threads in the aluminum seem decent enough on them. $100 each plus shipping from 18011.

I also have a takeout cam which is a regrind of a stock cam +100 lift. Typically called a Bandolero/Slingshot cam. Its been in my basement so it needs a wire wheeling to clean up the surface but was only taken out during a spec class rebuild. $75+ ship

PLEASE EMAIL ME at coolredjeep@aol.com as i dont think i'll check my PM's here often.

Briggs OHV & Vanguard / Rings for a 31CI OHV briggs?
« Last post by bimmerbaz on December 13, 2023, 04:24:56 pm »
Hiya,

I am currently rebuilding a 31ci Briggs single . Its a Non AVS .I have measured the bore at 90.55mm which is within spec. I bought some standard rings and when checking the end gap I had .8mm gap  and it should be about .2mm.

I am looking for a part number or supplier to get oversize rings to reduce the ring gap . Or can i just run them with a bigger gap .

the part number I had for oversize rings is 960166 but I cant find any available.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated

Want To Buy / Who Has It? / WTB ARC 46 Oppy Rods and a Pressure Lube Sump

Hello, I am looking to see if anyone has a set of ARC Mod 46 4.86 billet rods they would be willing to part with (for an opposed twin). Specifically looking for part number 6305, the pressure lube rod, but will settle for splash lube rods.

I am also looking for an opposed twin horizontal shaft pressure lube sump/pan.

Thank you in advance!
