350-352 Tranny:
« on: November 20, 2008, 12:59:27 pm »
Anyone use this tranny on there racing LT's? If so can I put the bearings that are used in the 400 tranny in my 350? Is this a direct swap or do I need to do anything else. Thank you, Don B.

You posted in the wrong section. To answer you question yes it can be done. I don't think it is a direct swap though but, G-Team can do it for you.

Not a direct swap, you'll have to do some machine work to fit the bearings in.

Sorry I just realized today that I posted in the wrong section. Should I repost this in the driveline section or can it be switched? Thank you everyone for your replies. I will check with G-Force. Don B.

I dont recall doing any machine work when I installed the needle bearings in mine?      where would the work need to be done?

I purchase bearings from a local shop and the bearings that they sold me just taped right in.
Good luck.

Maybe you could post the numbers of the bearings you used, for those of us that could use the information.
Thanks
