11 hp briggs need help first build

i need help with finding the enine numbers and how much difference will one tooth retarded on the cam make and how hard is it to do it is it worth the difference

If you look at the sticky at the top of the Briggs flathead section you can get all the information on the engine numbers,and try the search feature,a lot of stuff has been covered already.

About moving the cam one tooth-you should check it with a degree wheel them you would know exactly what you are doing
