13.5 HP briggs

Can any one here tell me the differances between the 12HP Brigg and the 13.5 Briggs L-head and are the parts innerchangable to build a 13.5 and what is the cc displacement? the 12HP is 28.

The 13.5 is also a 28" same block, same parts, different sticker...

depending on applications some variances may apply in jetting or carb and choke linkages even carb may be different depending on year of manufactureing. But essentially it is just a 12 hp with a 13.5 sticker. All parts are interchangeable between the two. (same parts) except for varainces mentioned above.
