VICTORVIKING 713:
So I am wanting to spin my mower faster than stock however I want to keep my stock charging system. If I had enough room I would get a biullet flywheel and an alternator but it's a small Murray with a lack of room so I was wondering is there another way that doesn't risk my manhood?
cycloneracer:
What are trying to accomplish? Racing? Pulling? Why the need to charge?
VICTORVIKING 713:
Off roading, I don't want to be out on a trail and not be able to get my mower running again, I also have stuff on my mower that draws power such as a DC outlet, lights, volt meter and a couple of other things, I'm just looking for other options other then removing the charging system or running an external system.
cycloneracer:
You?d probably have to run some sort of regulator. As it will probably overcharge with the more RPM?s.
I?d run an alternator if you need reliability.
VICTORVIKING 713:
I'm gonna look more into it later to see if I can find something that might work.
