The 14T Steel Input Gear is P/N 778176 and the 42T Steel Driven Gear is P/N 778154.  Note that this Input Gear is the one that requires the 3-piece needle-style thrust bearing.
The 14T Powdered Metal Input Gear is P/N 778113A and the 42T Powdered Metal Driven Gear is P/N 778137A.  Note that this Input Gear is the one that only uses one thrust washer.

Rodney,
Thanks for the info.

Do you have the part numbers for a steel pinion gear and ring gear for 700 trans?

Thank you,
Rob

Rob,

You're most welcome.  Sorry for the delay in Replying -- I haven't had much time lately to spend on the site.

To answer your question, the 14T Steel Input Gear is P/N 778176 ($26.00) and the 42T Driven Gear is P/N 778154 ($85.00).  Note that the Input Gear is the one that requires the needle-style thrust bearing with two thrust washers, one on either side of the bearing.

Respectfully,
Rodney
