We are building our first race mower and running in mod xr. Will be a older step thru craftsman. Question is can we run one belt from motor to transaxle or does it have to be 2? Was going to add a jackshaft but can not alter the body, or so i understand. Will be flipping the transaxle. I thought i read somewhere that you had to use 2 differnt belts from motor to trans/jackshaft and another from that ro axles or trans.
