I am going to be racing in the MidWest LawnMower Racing Association   Here in Kansas.
And I  will fall into what  they call "Single Modified Class"
Right now it  has  a Briggs  18.5  Motor running through a  Peerless Trans with a  custom 19 tooth sprocket  hooked up to a 1 1/4" Axle   GoldSpeed Sprockets...MCP Braking  Oh  I  could go on and on

It  is  raked out pretty good     but it will   be on circle or oval tracks.....I  was  really worried about it's handling during  the  build, but I  was  surprised how  well  it  is  doing  in  the  corners....and  Chris I  do  have it's progress  pictured......but  my photo  skills  make  it  look worse  than  it  was  during  the  build     :woo:

Nice mower :D I'm a fan of John Deere, to bad my mower is a wanna bee John Deere. But um I to don't see the reason for having it stretched that far??Whats up with that. Oh one last thing any mods done to the 18.5 Briggs?

I would like to hear the "Reasoning" behind that as well...

Is that the "standard" for your organization..?? or were you looking for a specific gain in some area..??

I mean.."looks" OK...just wondering the reasoning behind the extra work..

How cares about reason.....stretch the hood out more and add a cooler..=-)
Man...what I could do to them wheels!!, chrome spokes, gold spokes, gold nipples or chrome...that'll be pimpin!!
Meaning on a pure custom side of things..=-)

Ohhh Ohhh and one of those 6" chrome chain steering wheels...

But we're getting off the topic here..

I was asking from an engineering and setup  point of view...

What was the reasoning to stretch and what were the expected gains..??
