Adding power to opposed twin?

what can a person do to a 42 CID opposed twin to add some power to it.. its currently a 17.5HP 42 CID.

how much power can be added with various mods ie exhaust, intake, porting, head work ect.

My suggestion is look in the flathead briggs section. There is a lot of build information on the oppy. You may have to go back a ways.

You may have to go back a ways.
