I hope you understand me.
I am french and i build a MC 30 Luciole powered by a B&S vanguard 23 hp.
I removed the flywheel (9 kg) but now i want a new ignition reliable and light with a little generator to charge the battery after started.
Can you help me?

Other questions:
Have you the diagramm of the spark advance of this engine : B&S 386447-0114-E1
 Is it essential to do the balancing (max 4000 t/mn)
