Peerless MST-203-568 any good?

A friend of mine acquired a 3 speed Peerless transmission, the part number is H MST-203-568 and below it says 1174B-0033.

Is this trans any good? I searched but didn't come up with anything.

Search just "MST"...
ANd to answer your question...good for what?
My opinion they are one of the best Grass cutter trans-axles....which is what they are BTW, not a transmission....
