Im going to start a build thread on my sons new altered I am building him. He is moving up from the stock class. This tractor is a total build from the ground up. I had frame rails stamped in the correct cub cadet sizes but 56 inches long. 12hp kohler. .050 over, billet rod and Arias piston. 340/292 vogel steel cam. MWSC ready to run billet head. 19lb flywheel. Reworked stock carb.
The wheelie bars and hitch I had a friend build for me. Machinest buddies. Zach Kerber cut the writing out in the front crossmember and under trans wieght box. I built everything else. Working on the steering tower now.

I see you used the right sheet metal...John Deere oh yeah.
if its green its mean if its red its dead. It looks great. When I pulled garden tractors we had like 10 extra sets of those rails. Also that shop seems like it might be alittle cold in the winter with no insulation

Had a slight change in power plants. Picked up a ready to run HH120 tecumseh S/A. It has a billet rod and good piston by greg edwards. Vogel cam, steel flywheel, billet head, vogel springs. Big bore short stroke.
