Topic: flywheel help

OK i may be in the wrong spot but im in need of some help,
i bought a used arc flywheel and there's no numbers,
was told it fit a 28 but it drops all the way down the crank

but when i put it on a 31 ohv non avs it fits just right

does this seem right?

i would re-check the fit, maybe the key isnt allowing it to seat on the 28. i believe that the cranks are the same on the 28 and 31 non-AVS.
