I have seen guys make a lap stop pull filter pour water out hand choke take off again another lap stop and repeat the process over and over and still not blow motors. I think it was just a coincadental. we have raced in water a 1" deep ruined pulleys bearings but no motors you couldnt even tell what color we were after.
And with that, I just watched some Riding Mowers "Mudding" videos on You-Tube....(with stock mowers).....And I have even done that too...........no failures......so much for that "super Cooling" theory!
