Need help identifying a peerless
« on: August 19, 2011, 07:49:49 pm »
I have done research on this for hours and i found a site that told me earlier models wouldnt be stamped to identify. Ok, the question is now, does anyone know what peerless transmission originally came in an early model Craftsman 12hp (tecumseh) 5 speed. I cant read the dates on the motor but i believe it to be a late 80's model. I hope i posted this in the right section and thanks in advance for your help.
I looked everywhere on the trans and only thing thats stamped is the pat number... I researched it and could not find anything
