locking a transaxle

k i locked the spider gears in my spicer and now it want roll good in neutral and when its in gear u can barely turn the pully i checked it 3 times and dont see anything binding

If you have welded the spider gears chances are the axle alignment is off.
If it has blades I'm not interested.

Remove and dismantle the transaxle. Take the gears out and leave the diff assembly and axles in and tighten the case down. If the axle binds that is where the problem is. If it is free there may be a problem with the gearshaft bushes / bearings not aligned or seated properly. Hope this helps.
If it has blades I'm not interested.

Check the bushings on ends of shafts for little "tabs"... they need to go into slots in case when reassembling...
