17hp Tecumseh Vert Engine ES Enduro

This 17 HP Tecumseh is a new OHV motor with a pulse fuel pump from the factory.  Would this motor be legal for a IMOW??  Also, do you think it would hold up and perform?

Some still available that were not installed on mowers.
