Ok I am gonna go ahead and put this up here. I have had a few calls and emails about racing in Mississippi due to the 60 to 80 hour work weeks I have been a part of these has left my racing and planning and promoting mower racing in the area on the back burner. But I was able to get one race worked on for anyone to come race, I put as many classes together as I need from stock to Outlaw. It's a run what you brung show. It' gonna be done like the Brandon Race I did in Jan. (just not 20 degrees outside this time) where we be sharing with the go karts plus the County Fair will be in town the same day. The cost is $15 dollars to get in sorry if I told y'all $35 they changed the type but it will be $35 if you would like to use the transponder. $15 for the gate and $20 for the transponder rental fee. I will get address in the coming days and when I find out more I will let y'all know.

Can I get a count of how many mowers and racers coming??? Just wonder on how we need to put classes together...single's-(flat's, ohv's), twin's, outlaw's, or extreme??? I know this about to 2 months away, I am just looking for any idea. For those who ran with us in January in Brandon the track is going to be pretty class to the same size maybe just a little bigger.

What a new class? extreme? I guess I have to build that 35hp briggs motor to get in that class, huh.
I will let you know on the Alexandria Outlaws. How many will be there.Also will the track be inside and size of course.

I didn't it earlier but the whole track will be inside and the size I think about 75-85 maybe around 100 foot straights, the floor size is 137' x 250' so it gonna be a speed track. I haven't not been told how they are planning on laying out the track yet.

This is the schedule for the weekend.

FRIDAY SCHEDULE: Gates will open @ 12:00 PM
Practice 6:00 - 9:00
Auction Following Practice
We will have the track for time for us to run some laps on Friday Night.

SATURDAY SCHEDULE: Gates will open @ 7:00 AM
Practice 10:00 AM (2 Rounds)
We will have the track for time for us to run some laps
Qualifying Following Practice
Races Start @ 6:00 PM

The reason we will have a start time for the races is the building is really promoting this event and they have to have a specifice time for spectators.

PIT PASSES ONLY $15 Plus Transponders fee if everyone wants to you use them.

If you would like to rent a golf cart for the weekend please call Wade's Golf Karts and Trailers/Starkville @ 662-323-3700. He will deliver them to the building.

I need to make sure I fix the cost to race... the gate fee is 15 dollars and if you want to use the transporders it is five bucks. And we will run SINGLES, TWIN AND OUTLAWS and will run heats so we can run features depending on the numbers. The reason for just three classes is what they are given us time to race. If you need more info call me at 601-927-5506

I may not be able to make the race. I have been working the last three weekends, because of the rain in San Antonio,. last month. It put us behind schedule and we have been working weekends to make up time.I will try to make it if I can.
