How in the ELL do you remove the stock pulley from the shaft I tried using a steering wheel type puller by drilling 2 holes through the pulley same size as bolt and putting a nut on the bolt but im pulling the nuts through the pulley and bending the bolts I tried heating the pulley but I dont know what else to do other than cuttin the pulley off the shaft

More heat.  If that don't work you will have to cut it off.  Torch or other method.

Also when it is hot take 2 hammers.  Hold one on one side of the hub and hit the other side of the hub with the other hammer.  That should spread the hub.

Pully no.  Tranny yes.  You will probably end up melting the input seal, which you will replace anyway.  If you get it too hot you will melt the case.  No real science to it.

If it was me.  I'd cut as much of the pully off the hub so you can work on it.  Then start heating the hub and do the hammer trick.  If that don't work, I'd cut it off as to not damage or bend the input shaft.

I'm not familiar with the 820's, but if you can take it apart and remove the input gear from the input shaft then you could take the shaft out of the transaxle and press the hub off.  It would also be easier to work on.

Cut it off! You can damage it !
Then go and purchase a quick change browning Pulley
which pulls its self with two bolts.

There you go!  Open it up!  Easy fix.  Pressing it off won't damage the shaft.

thanks guys I finally got it off man was it on there I heated it up set the pulley on 2 horses so the tranny was unsupported and tapped the input shaft with a brass punch the weight of the tranny helped to let it slide out and onto a cushion as not to damage the tranny case
