3/4" hub boring?

Is it possible to bore a 3/4" axle out to 1-1/4"?  I just got my 3/4's and hate to not use them but i was hoping to possibly bore

you want to bore a 3/4 axle to 1-1/4 thats not possible its only 3/4 od to start with.
