Becoming a member is free.  All new members must be activated by an administrator before they can post.  We try very hard to get activations done ASAP and almost always within a day.

The reason we had to do this is that there has been a recent jump in the number of people joining for no other reason but to advertise undesireable goods and services that have nothing to do with this sport, to the members.  Those users will not be activated, and furthermore, if they should happen to slip through, they will be delt with quickly.

So if you are a spammer, don't waste your time here.

I am not trying to discourage any lawnmower racing related advertising on this site.  If you make or sell something that is related to lawnmower racing, please let us know about it in the appropriate section.

It never ceases to amaze me how stupid these guys are... can't they look at the member board and tell there are no Spammers here before loading their assinine crap! I mean it's the same stupid over and over and over. And, it all get's deleted within a matter of minutes of their signing up!

It takes them several minutes to fill out the registration, it takes us 10 seconds to delete their @$$!!!

I only got excited after deleting about 20 of them that day with e-mail addresses from the same server Squidd!! :?

The same one that usually causes them to be deleted... the one that will cause honest folks to be deleted if they are on it, because about 75% of all of this is originating from that server.

I'm still reviewing profiles, and if that address shows, they're gone!! It's that simple. Spam a keyword in the interests, occupation, signature lines... they're out of here! Even remotely mention a gambling site, porn site, anything that looks like a spam site... they're gone! And, yes I am checking every website boys and girls.

Think they can sign up and come back later and sneak it in... WRONG! I go through the member list routinely, and check all the websites. If I find one out of whack, they're out of here!

It is a waste of their time and resources to bother!!! It's not going happen!
