*Peerless 700*

Hi,
Started assembling my 700 series transmission in the reverse order I
took it apart, but when assembled the gears only seem to turn about half
a turn before they lock up. I did notice that the ten gears inside are
not perfectly aligned (leading me to believe I have a thrust washer on
the wrong end or something). Which end do the thrust washers on the
output shaft face; with the "bulge" facing the reverse gear or away? Any
ideas would be appreciated!

Never mind about my question above. Turns out I am just an idiot!!! I
had the five gears on the output shaft all flipped the wrong way which
made them line up wrong. Got it fixed now.
